Alyson Spann - has been selling Real Estate in Santa Barbara for over 35 years and specifically in the Bluffs since 2009. She knows the nuances of each unique floorplan, and the amenities of all that this incredible location has to offer.

MEET ALYSON SPANN

In 2009, Alyson was the sales agent for The Bluffs development and therefore knows the specific details and location nuances of each of these homes.  Alyson has become the source of Bluffs information for buyers and sellers and is pleased to share any information about the homes, or the development with interested buyers, sellers, or appraisers.

After graduating from UCSB with a degree in sociology, Alyson worked in the Bay area for several years and then moved back to Santa Barbara to raise a family with her husband Rick. Her career in real estate started, working for a commercial real estate developer in Santa Barbara. She then moved on to working in residential real estate where she found her niche and has been successfully representing buyers and sellers for over 35 years.

 

Nearly every year, since the beginning of her career, Alyson has received awards for her production and outstanding service to her clients. Adding to that, she has served on the Board of Directors and was President of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors.  Alyson also received the coveted award of Realtor of the Year in 2016 for her outstanding service and dedication to the community.
